Teach English in ShAhe Diqu - Beijing

I have gained a lot from course. I definitely have a much clearer understanding of grammar and pronunciation. Because english is my first language there are a lot of things I know, but I don?t necessarily know why they are the way they are. The grammar exercises have made a clearer picture in my mind which will really help me when I am teaching english grammar. I believe that teacher?s must continuously alternate between teaching and learning and that my developments will continue to grow as I become a more experience teacher. This course has given me a strong foundation to start with and has helped me to think of many things I hadn?t thought about before. Throughout my classroom practice I will always demonstrate caring and respectful interactions with my students. I hope to be sensitive to the needs of all learners and find ways to meet those needs by providing a variety of learning strategies. I will need to be flexible when putting curriculum ideas into practice, so that I can meet the needs of the diverse learners in the classroom. Classroom management is very important and I will try to settle classroom issues while promoting feelings of respect within my classroom. This course has given me the opportunity to reflect on my past experiences. I will remain open to alternatives and possibilities in my future classroom practice. I will remember to continue to reflect so that I can be the best teacher I can be. A will always try to be dedicated and enthusiastic. I will create a fun and inclusive classroom with a positive, trusting and comfortable environment. Equality is very important to me and I believe everyone deserves a chance to truly shine. I will do my best to implement opportunities that are significant, relevant, and engaging for my students. Through positive learning experiences I will encourage my students to be continuous learners.
