This unit helped me get a better view of how to teach writing and speaking skills. It helped me get a better feel of what to focus on when and the difference between fluency and accuracy. It helped me know the different stages of the ESA lesson plans for teaching speaking and writing. Hopefully I will be able to better implement these in the future.Through this unit I have learned of the smorgasbord of the teaching aids and all the different pieces of equipment one can use to help assist students and teachers in the classroom. A TEFL teacher will definitely not be left wanting with the amount of links to websites and references to books and so many other ideas for activities for the classroom.
